Peeking Through is located on Sparta Line outside of Port Stanley, Ontario, Canada. Along this winding country road farms are separated by fences with horses and open fields. This was a crisp fall day with colours in the trees and fields gone to seed. When I returned to my studio I decided to change the mood of the painting to a misty fall day, with the sun peeking through, all created from my mind.
