The rare glimpse of the sun this winter morning was a sight to behold. The glistening light across the open water and on the ice causing it to shimmer was intriguing. The hardened sand and the icy waves pushed on the beach combined made a variety of textures that I wanted to capture. Despite the cold the view was one that held me in place of wonder.
